The first consultation is free. It exists to find out whether there is a useful project here—not to pressure you into one.
Who is this for?
Independent businesses, teams and companies whose useful work is being held back by repeated steps, disconnected tools or information moved by hand. The shape of the work matters more than the size or industry.
How much does a project cost?
There is no fixed package or public price list. After the free consultation, you receive one recommended scope and a quote for exactly that scope. You can say no and keep the plan.
How long will it take?
It depends on what must be built, what can be connected and how quickly access and feedback are available. The quote states the expected timeline before work starts; unfinished capabilities are sold with a timeframe, never disguised as ready.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
Usually not. We keep the parts that work and build or connect only what is missing. Replacing a tool has to earn its disruption.
Will I be locked into Autopoiema?
No. Your accounts remain yours. Payments go directly to your own Stripe account, and the system is designed around your business rather than a proprietary package.
Can AI answer customers without my approval?
Not when health, money, rights or reputation are involved. High-stakes messages keep a human in the loop, and private-message content is not retained.
What guarantees do you offer?
We guarantee the agreed build and acceptance criteria—not sales figures that no builder can control. You see the system working with your real process before it becomes part of daily operations.
How are payment terms handled?
The project quote sets the amount, stages and payment timing before work begins. Any ongoing operation or reporting is separate and agreed explicitly; nothing is added automatically.
